What I Offer
Individual Teletherapy
Non-traditional Therapies

Sessions are 45-60 minutes.

All new clients must have a 60 minute initial intake session.

Sessions may be held 1-2 times weekly at the start of treatment.

The frequency and length of treatment is based on client needs and individual progress.

S.A.F.EMDR: Effective and powerful in processing through past trauma.

Experiential: Incorporates art, music, visual media, and other forms of expression into the therapeutic process.

Wellness: Includes Mindfulness, Meditation, Breath Work, and more.
